With a great education from Cal State University, a BA in English, and minor in Communications, that gave me the impetus to start my own business and I chose the Answering Service business.

After researching the industry, I realized I could disrupt it with a totally new concept and better product both financially and with a special dedicated service model.

Most in the industry were offering services by the minute and many let the phone ring for a minute or two before answering, and their clients are being billed for that time. This practice did not seem ethical or cost efficient. If they need to find an answer to a question or modify an existing booking or reach a person to take the call, their clients are charged by the minute and it adds up quickly. I decided to offer our clients a service that billed them by the call versus charging by the minute.

Fortunately, this concept was very successful. We started ProReservations with a focus on the limousine industry and through the years we have grown to specialize in offering our outstanding service to many different industries such as; Storage Facilities, Pest Control Companies, Residential and Commercial Cleaning Companies, Doctors/Dentists/Medical Professionals, Plumbers, HVAC,  Apartment Complexes etc.
